The Paediatric Vision Research team at the University of Ulster is interested in visual function in infancy and childhood. In addition to conducting research exploring typical visual development we are interested in the structural and functional impacts of developmental disorders on the maturing visual system.

The Mozambique Eyecare Project
The Mozambique Eyecare Project is is an Irish Aid funded initiative, involving partners from the Optometry Departments at Dublin Institute of Technology and University of Ulster, in collaboration with Lurio University in Mozambique and the International Centre for Eyecare Education (ICEE), which aims to address the problem of avoidable blindness in Mozambique.
